Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Print errors or quality issues

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Colour variations due to screen differences
  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Print‑on‑Demand Notice

All items are produced and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful in the USA, UK, and AU. Processing and print variations may occur.
